Caring Care will only request and retain Personal Information necessary to:

THIRD PARTIES Where practical, we will collect Personal Information directly from you. However, in some cases, we may receive information from third parties (such as other disability service providers). When this occurs, we will take reasonable steps to ensure you are aware of the information received.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your Personal Information will only be disclosed:

To prevent or reduce a serious and imminent threat to your life or health or that of another person;
